On rare occasions, the Certificate of Completion may not have the correct date on the certificate. The solution is to update your free Adobe Acrobat PDF reader.

1. Download the new PDF reader update (30 seconds)
2. Turn the computer off so the update is registered
3. Then resubmit the verification form (just put ‘Yes” in each required field) and the certificate will be correctly formatted and dated.
